How is a Buyer's Advocate different from a Sales Agent and who uses one? 


Buyer's Advocates represent you, and only you, 'the buyer', in purchasing your new home. We are engaged by buyers to find, represent and negotiate the best price and the best terms for them. Sales Agents work for the seller, and only the seller. People that typically engage a Buyer's Advocate are extremely time poor; have concerns about overpaying; they want access to pre/off-market properties, or a combination of these 3 reasons.

What is the buying process and how long will it take? 


Our 'full search' offering will generally take 1-6 months depending on the amount of stock in the market and your appetite to proceed. We begin by establishing your brief and your goals of the search, before screening qualified homes that meet or exceed your brief. We inspect every property prior or together with you, and hold your hand through every step of the way, to get you the very best outcome. If you engage us to 'seal the deal' for a property that  you've found yourself then the turnaround will be faster, but you'll have likely spent a considerable amount of your precious time finding it first too. I am looking to buy a property outside of the Inner West, can you still be my buyer's advocate? 


We only represent buyers looking to buy their home or investment within Sydney's Inner West. It's the patch we know intimately and the community we focus all our time, energy and resources on. We will however be more than happy to suggest a suitable buyer's advocate that we recommend.

How do you add value to the buying process? 


We save you money. We inspect property almost every day of the week and know the market intimately, to make sure you don't overpay.

We open more doors. Let us introduce you to properties that don't even make it onto market, giving you more choice than other buyers have.

We save you time. We only show you properties that meet or exceed your brief, saving you endless hours sorting through the rest that don't.

How many clients do you look after simultaneously? 


We never represent more than 5 clients at once. Furthermore, each client's brief must never compete with another so that your search is unique and not a conflict with another client. This allows us to deliver the highest level of service without compromising our integrity, energy or results.

Can I reach you outside of business hours? 


Absolutely, you can reach us most hours of the day, 7 days a week. We will always make time to be available for our clients during this demanding time. We're in touch with our clients daily and we guarantee a same-day response for new enquiries.

Do you receive any commissions from third parties? 


We never charge a fee for referring our clients to third parties, nor do we pay fees to third parties that may introduce us to their clients. We are an independent and full-service buyer's agency that only represent the buyer.

Are you fully licensed and do you guarantee your service? 


Yes, we are licensed in NSW to represent and purchase on behalf of buyers of residential & commercial property. We guarantee to always act with integrity and honesty, and promise to work tirelessly for our clients as you navigate this challenging shift in your lives. We also promise to let you know upfront if your brief is unrealistic or if we don't feel we can add value.

Why would I use a buyer's advocate when I could do this myself? 


Buying a home is often time-sensitive - especially if you have already sold or about to sell. Our intimate knowledge of the Inner West market empowers us to find you the right property for your brief, and to quickly get beyond the 'sales speak', to the heart of the negotiation.

Absolutely. We get it, and having you feel 100% in control throughout the process (without having to do the work) is our first promise to you. We guide you every step of the way and even put the keys in your hands on settlement day.
