We came to Gus with a number of “must haves” for our new home in Balmain/Birchgrove in a tough market, and he didn’t disappoint.  His knowledge of the area is fantastic, he has a great rapport with the local agents and was able to get access to off market properties that would have been very difficult for us to find on our own. When we found something that we were interested in, he undertook a pre inspection, provided photos and videos, canvassed all of the neighbours, and provided us with an evaluation of the what the place was worth versus what the expectation was, and was available for discussion at all times to discuss possible strategies. When we did find our home, he managed a pre auction sale that secured our property without the stress of being outdone on the day, which I doubt would have been possible if we had been acting alone, so his service was invaluable. Post purchase agreement, he was still there to help guide us through the process all the way to moving in, so we cant recommend him highly enough.
