I can honestly say, having Angus on our team was a game changer.

Angus takes the time to really understand your goals. He encourages and welcomes client feedback as you go on the property journey with him. He is a keen listener, really taking in not only the property must haves, but he clearly thinks about the life you paint for him as you chat. At times it honestly felt like Angus could understand what we'd be thinking as we viewed a property. I also really like how transparent Angus is about his service offering. He is highly ethical and we always knew Angus was in our corner. Yes, he is very well connected and respected by Agents in the industry, but we always felt his sole agenda was our agenda. We always felt informed and assisted, often above and beyond.

Whilst we had a strong vision for what we wanted, Angus helped us refine and define that against his vast market knowledge and where he saw opportunity and where he knew value was as per our brief. Angus made what felt like a long shot at times, possible. He was realistic but also relentlessly positive when we needed a pick me up. Angus always believed in our vision. In the end it’s really simple. There is absolutely no way we could have secured our home without him. Angus’ strong network, tactical on the spot thinking, market knowledge, strategic foresight and ultimately savvy negotiation secured our dream home. We still can’t believe it.
