Our challenge was that we live in Western Australia and, as parents, were looking to secure a home for our daughter, her partner and housemates in Sydney. Finding a suitable home was critical as we needed to ensure that we could cater for a physical disability as well as find a community that was progressive and so the Inner West was our target location. Due to these challenges a colleague and friend of ours who had been through a similar experience referred Hamada to us.

We were not able to be in Sydney, so Hamada arranged for a video inspection and took us through all the details via WhatsApp and was able to give us the right advice on any issues as well as possible solutions. Hamada also arranged for the Sydney-based housemates to view the property and gave them the confidence that the property was suitable. Hamada made the difference in presenting us with this opportunity as we would not have been able to secure this home on our own.
