The best decision we made in our search for a new home was to work with Inner West Nest. We worked really closely with both Angus and Mitch and met Hamada several times too - all three are passionate, knowledgeable, thoughtful and incredibly well-connected in the industry.

I personally really appreciated their patience and thoughtfulness throughout the process. They were happy to answer all my questions, debate specific pros and cons of every house we looked at and understood a lot about the dynamics of the various neighbourhoods within the inner west.

We started with a fairly broad brief and they were happy to visit every open for inspection, collaborate with all the local agents and ended up finding us something that was completely off market. They did all the due diligence and negotiated a purchase that we are absolutely thrilled with. What we paid in fees to INW, we MORE than got back in value.

We are currently waiting to settle on the home we bought and it is such a nice feeling to know the hunt is over, we didn't overpay, and now have a beautiful home to move into. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the inner west.
