Hamada initially helped us at short notice to bid at an auction, a property that went way outside our price range. We continued to look in the Inner West and Hamada provided advice to us along the way, guiding us away from our bad ideas and encouraging us with the good ones. His wealth of knowledge in the area was clear to see.

When we finally found the property that was everything we were looking for, we engaged Hamada to help us. The house was due to go to Auction, but 10 days prior he called saying he felt there would be movement on the property and we needed to get things in order ASAP. Over the next 10 hours Hamada guided us through a process that is quite foreign to us taking care of all discussions with the agent. His advice was invaluable.
